Thank you for choosing to shop with Foxglow. Please read over our Purchase and Shipping Terms carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing from our website (www.foxglowcosmetics.com).

Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Purchase and Shipping Terms, which constitute the agreement between Foxglow Limited (we, us, our or Foxglow) and you.


At the time of your purchase you must provide complete and accurate details. To ensure the accuracy of your order, we may request additional details from you.

To ensure you receive your purchase, you must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If an incorrect address is entered, Foxglow is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.


All prices quoted on the Website (www.foxglowcosmetics.com) are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. The store is also accompanied with an integrated Currency Convertor for Australian customers, where it is your responsibility to convert the products to Australian Dollars (AUD) prior to checkout. Which ever currency you choose, this will be the currency you will be charged in via your bank, please note that currencies can change therefore the amount charged in your bank may vary.

Foxglow reserves the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website (www.foxglowcosmetics.com) from time to time and without notice to you.


All images on our Website (www.foxglowcosmetics.com) are displayed as accurately as possible. Please be aware that the colours may alter per device and is out of our control.


Foxglow accepts payment via credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and Paypal. The Payment Gateway is Paypal. You do not require a Paypal account to purchase products on the Website (www.foxglowcosmetics.com). There is a box to click where you can choose to make payment without logging in to Paypal.

After you make payment for your order, you will receive an invoice from us that confirms receipt of your order.


Protection and safety of information relating to your credit card is very important. Therefore, we provide you with a very safe and stress-free online shopping experience.

We use an (SSL) encryption to transmit your personal and credit card details. This means you have absolute security and privacy. An SSL is a method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website servers.

Foxglow do not store your credit card details at any time so consumer confidence and satisfaction is assured.


By agreeing to these Purchase and Shipping terms outlined herein, you consent to receive further electronic communications from us in relation to Foxglow, including information relating to products, brands, stories, resources, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message. All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday) and excludes public holidays in New Zealand.

You will be provided a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


Within New Zealand:

Shipping will be dispatched via NZ Couriers

Orders that are placed on a business day before 2pm (New Zealand time) are usually shipped that same day. Delivery times are unfortunately not able to be guaranteed, however you should receive your order within 1 – 3 business days.

NZ Couriers does not delivery to PO Box addresses. Please provide a residential or business address for delivery.


Currently we are only shipping to Australia.

Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please email us your full name and order number to hello@foxglowcosmetics.com and we will investigate the matter.

Please note: Delivery cost does not include rural areas, metro only.


Foxglow may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.


Should a Product be missing from an order when received, please contact us at hello@foxglowcosmetics.com with your order number and the product code/product name of the Product you have ordered, and we will make investigate the matter.


Returns to Foxglow by you will be governed in accordance with our Returns Policy.


The laws of New Zealand and Australia govern these Purchase and Shipping Terms.
